3.1. Single User Account: Accounts are intended for individual use only. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. Each user must have their own account.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4.2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5.1. No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course, inability to access the course, or failure to complete the course within the specified access period.
6.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any spam activities, use of bad words, insults, or any inappropriate behavior on the platform. Such activities are strictly prohibited.
6.2. Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you engage in any prohibited activities or violate any of these Terms. No refund will be provided in such cases. We are not entitled to provide a reason for the termination.
7.1. No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorraq Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
8.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.1. Informal Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute informally for a period of 90 days before initiating any arbitration or litigation.
10.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
