Access duration: When you complete your purchase, you receive access to the course content for 180 days. After this period, access to the course content is automatically disabled.

Copyright protection: Course materials - including videos, documents, presentations, and assessments - are protected under copyright law and are the exclusive intellectual property of Dorraq Academy.

Sharing and copying prohibited: Sharing, distributing, copying, or reproducing any course materials, in any form, is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

Single-user accounts: Accounts are for individual use only, and account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each user must maintain a separate account.

Account security: You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for securing your account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to access the services.

Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it whenever necessary.

Modification or suspension of the service: The academy reserves the right to modify or suspend the services, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, and disclaims liability for any resulting damages.

Final purchases: All purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason, including dissatisfaction or not completing the course within the access period.

Prohibited activities: You may not engage in spam, use offensive language, or behave inappropriately on the platform.

Suspension or termination: The academy may terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice for any violation of these terms, without providing refunds or explanations.

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorraq Academy disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages - including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm - arising from your use of the platform, unauthorized access, or third-party malware.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Amicable settlement: The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 90 days before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

Updates: The academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of them.
